Below if a list of frequently asked questions, but if we haven't covered please feel free to get in contact using the form below or by calling us on 07787 758175.

Jubilee Car Park outside the front on The Rec building does get very busy so we would strongly suggest you park at Swan Walk car and then walk through the underpass to get to us.

No. There are no age restrictions however we ask that anyone under the age of 10 is accompanied by an adult and that you make sure you reserve a skating aid if you don't feel confident on the ice.

We strongly recommend you pre-book skate aids as there are a limited number and we cannot guarantee there will be any available on the day. Simply add them on when booking your slot.

Head on over to our Book Skating page!

Absolutely! Just let us know whilst booking. We are also proud to offer a sensory room for those who may need a little time out from a busy environment. There are no additional costs for either of these services.

The skating slots are for an hour (including getting those skates on), however you may be able to stay on the ice for longer if the next session has space. This will be entirely at our discretion and will be unlikely if you've booked a peak session.

If you are there just to watch, don't worry we've got you covered. There is plenty of seating around the rink and there are also plenty of refreshments available to keep you warm! At weekends you can also visit The Clubhouse Bar & Grill

Just make sure you wrap up warm as it will be chilly!

Potentially yes! We have a number of temporary vacancies availble just head on over to  our work for us page for more information.

It will be cold, so please make sure you dress appropriately, remember those layers! If you have your own skates and would prefer to wear those please bring them along (this doesn't alter your ticket price).
